1. Introduction
Welcome to OmniGate. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of OmniGate’s society management platform, including the website, admin panel, resident application, guard application and related services.
2. Use of Services
The platform is intended for residential societies, society administrators, residents, guards and authorized users. Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or disrupt the services.
3. Subscription and Payments
Services are provided based on the subscription plan selected at the time of onboarding. Payments are due annually in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in temporary suspension of service. Subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for maintaining accurate society, resident, guard, flat and contact information. The customer must ensure that authorized users use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Service Availability & Support
We strive to maintain reliable service availability. However, OmniGate shall not be liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers, internet issues, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.
Technical support is available via support@omnigate.in during standard business hours.
6. Device Permissions
OmniGate applications may request device permissions such as camera, notifications, storage access and location access strictly for operational and security-related platform features.
7. Data and Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using OmniGate, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
The customer may terminate the service by providing 30 days written notice. OmniGate reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse of the platform, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, the customer will have 15 days to export their data before it may be permanently deleted from our servers.
9. Limitation of Liability
OmniGate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
OmniGate may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
